    The GVD series of 2-stage oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps deliver excellent ultimate vacuum pressure, high pumping speeds and superior vapor handling capabilities with quiet operation.

    We understand the need for quiet. With emphasis on the pump’s high performance and quiet running along with its intrusive frequencies minimized, this pump works with you.

    Easy maintenance

    The advanced lubrication system allows the pump to work with wide oil level tolerances, which reduce the need to top-up the oil. All GVD pumps are constructed with internal dowels, which reduce the need for skilled setting of tolerances, when the pump is dismantled. The pumps are designed so that all key components are easily accessible.

    Positive pressure oil lubrication 

    The GVD pumps incorporate a well proven positive pressure oil lubrication system which has been developed to ensure correct lubrication in all duty modes and particularly to prevent oil starvation with high gas loads.

    Consistent and reliable 

    No unpleasant surprises. Your back is always covered. Our pumps are reliable and simple, as each and every pump has protection devices to prevent oil and air suck-back into the vacuum system if the pump stops while under vacuum.

    • The drive is provided through a exible coupling by a single-phase or three-phase (four pole) motor.

    • Pressure die cast oil box with integral oil seals prevents oil leaks.

    • Gas ballast valve for large water vapour handling capacity.

    • Externally approved to EN61010, CSA, C22.2 and UL61010. • Oil distribution valve.
    • Pumping chambers are air-tight.

    • Oil sight-glass, two oil drain-plugs, inlet-port and outlet nozzle all tted as standard.
