Refund Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. All sales are final. All sales are final on refurbished vacuum pumps and will be covered under Vacuum Pump Supply's warranty. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. No product return will be accepted without an approved RMA.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please check with us for product availability. Overnight Orders are not guaranteed to ship out same day. Orders must be in at an early enough time to process and stock must be available. Always check first.
